Trauma informed approaches
This course gives an overview of trauma informed approaches for schools. Focused on teaching on the Poly Vagal theory, safety and stabilisation approaches and self and co-regulation. Reflective and personal development
This course is for anyone working in a supportive role in schools. This is an opportunity to develop your own self-reflective tools, to gain understanding, reflect on you own feelings and experiences and develop tools to help others,. It always starts with us, so thinking about your own self care and development is important. Neurodiversity through a trauma informed lens:
Many children with neurodiversity are affected by a sensitive nervous system. Presenting similar responses to those who have experienced trauma, so why not work in a trauma informed way to support them.
