Through our training programmes we want to equip schools to work in a more therapeutic, trauma informed way to support children, young people, families and staff.

Trauma informed approaches

This course gives an overview of trauma informed approaches for schools. Focused on teaching on the Poly Vagal theory, safety and stabilisation approaches and self and co-regulation. This can be delivered as a one day training or broken into shorter bite size workshops at team meetings. For further details contact us

Reflective and personal development

This course is for anyone working in a supportive role in schools. This is an opportunity to develop your own self-reflective tools, to gain understanding, reflect on you own feelings and experiences and develop tools to help others,. It always starts with us, so thinking about your own self care and development is important. This course will incorporate creative approaches and focus on giving you tools to take away and incorporate into your school culture. Contact us for further details

Neurodiversity through a trauma informed lens: 

Many children with neurodiversity are affected by a sensitive nervous system. Presenting similar responses to those who have experienced trauma, so why not work in a trauma informed way to support them. This course gives you some tools focused on teaching on the Poly Vagal theory, safety and stabilisation approaches and self and co-regulation.
