Reflect and Restore pastoral programme:
Level: Foundation/Entry Level This is suitable for anyone working or interested in working in a pastoral role within churches or schools. Topics covered: 1.Awareness & self-reflection 2.Boundaries 3.Safeguarding 4.Attunement & empathy in practise 5.Conflict & challenge 6.Connecting & compassion for self & others This course is 12 hours in total. Delivery options: a)6 times 2-hour sessions b)2 times 6-hour days Online or in person delivery possible. Cost £50 per person. Group booking options for churches available. Supporting children and young people in a pastoral role:
This course is for anyone supporting or wanting to support children and young people in a pastoral care role. Topics covered: 1.Creative ways to engage & connect with young people through a pastoral care relationship 2.Managing risks & setting boundaries 3.Work in a safe & containing way 4.Taking care of yourself This course is 8 hours in total.
