Service Description

A short workshop for therapists or anyone working pastorally or therapeutically with clients (adults or young people). This runs over a half day 3 hours teaching. This workshop will provide an opportunity for you to explore and reflect on your own 'internal supervisor' and how this can enhance your therapeutic/pastoral practice. Developing a deeper sense of self-reflection and different ways to incorporate this into your practise ad everyday life. Using creative approaches, you will connect, reflect and learn key skills to make time and space, trusting in your own 'internal supervisor' and your integration from theory to practice. This is an experiential based course, giving space for participants own self-reflection and learning.
